How Our Service Works
We will always text an estimated time of arrival before arriving to your property. Once we arrive, we will send another text letting you know we'll be heading into your yard. Your technician will then proceed to meticulously remove all the dog waste from your yard with professional, sanitized equipment. Once everything is scooped up, the technician will securely bag all waste in a scented, heavy duty garbage bag and place it in your trash can. At this point, the technician will double check that your gate is securely closed, and send you a picture of the gate latch for peace of mind. No gates will ever be left open.
Safety Is Our Number One Priority
Contained Dog Policy: To ensure the safety of your beloved pets and our technicians, we ask that your dogs stay inside for the duration of service. This safety protocol prevents dogs from escaping upon entry into your yard, and keeps our technicians safe from potential injury. If you need to leave your dog outside during service, we can arrange an in person evaluation on your first service.

Gate Policy: Our technicians are trained to always assume your dog is in the yard upon arrival. We open your gate carefully, and close it immediately upon entry. When we leave your yard, we double check to make sure your gate is latched (and locked upon request). We also examine your gate for any weak/damaged areas, and notify you promptly. Then, we send a picture of your closed gate for peace of mind. ​​

Equipment Sanitation & Waste Disposal
Our scoop buckets are lined with heavy duty trash bags to keep our equipment clean and to help prevent the spread of disease and bacteria. In addition, we sanitize all equipment (boots, scoop, rake) between services.

In order to properly dispose of the waste, it is securely bagged in heavy-duty, scented bags and placed into your designated outdoor trash bin. (Or wherever you would like it placed)
Scheduling
Once you have determined your desired service frequency, your service will be scheduled based on where you live. We schedule this way to be as efficient as possible, keep prices low, and lower our environmental impact. Your service dates will fall on the same day every week, and listed on your monthly invoice for your convenience. Times may vary, but you will always receive an estimated time of arrival via text.
Payment
At the beginning of each month, you will receive a link to your personalized invoice via e-mail and text. (Click here to see a sample invoice). Payments are made conveniently through our secure Venmo Business Account. We keep track of all transactions through our secure Customer Relationship Management system.
